On the menu you posted it doesn't say "Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (Taiwan), Chinese (Taiwan)" at all.

It says 粵語, 簡体中文, 繁体中文 = Cantonese, Mandarin (Simplified), Mandarin (Traditional)

I will label them as that in the entry.
