- The episodes and two TV movies (including the pilot) aren't remastered.
- Some episodes in the Season 4 and Season 5 sets have an episodic promo incorporated into the title sequence, and an ad bumper before the Act III titlecard.
- Some episodes (not including the feature-length and two-parters) have a longer runtime than others. They sound like they're playing at an even slower speed than NTSC.
- Cannon episode 5.02 has an alternative ending to the original two-part crossover event with Barnaby Jones (the original two-part crossover event is not included in this set).
- The episode clip icon on Disc Thirty-One for "The Return of Frank Cannon - The Movie" is for the episode "Snap Shot" (on Disc Thirty) instead.
