Japanese version
–Cantonese 2.0 LPCM: this is the "raw" mono track
US/Miramax version
–English dub 2.0 DTS-HD MA)–stereo
- Hong Kong version
–4 removable Japanese subtitle options. I know that #1 is Japanese for the Cantonese track. As for the other 3 options, I suspect that they are for each of the different Japanese dubs.

Extras:
- 1. Deleted Scene: 1min 2 sec.
–This is actually included within the Japanese version. It's an extended scene where Ma Yau (aka "John") and Wan Bok Meng (aka "Boomer") talk to each other in the hotel room after the concert and truck chase scenes. (this happens during the infamous scene with the special effects mistake, where the twins go through each other)
–Contains 3 different Japanese dubs and burnt-in Japanese subtitles. Only by watching the actual Japanese version can you hear the original Cantonese track during this scene
2. Q/A with Jackie Chan: 2min 50 sec
–In English (2.0 LPCM) with optional Japanese subtitles (taken during its US/Western promotional tour I guess?)
3. Japanese promotional trailer:
–In Japanese (2.0 Dolby Digital mono) with no subtitles, 1min 36 sec
- 1. The remastered Cantonese 5.1 DTS-HD MA track on the Hong Kong version is NOT a Fortune Star remaster! YAY! It's just been made to sound more clear and less "raw." Nothing liked added FX. However, it is higher-pitched than the 2.0 LPCM track on the Japanese version.
2. I suspect that the Japanese version's 2.0 LPCM track is the original mono track. It just has that "raw" quality to it! I also suspect that this audio track is the correct (original) pitch.
3. The Japanese version has the Golden Harvest Intro. The Hong Kong version does not.
4. Of the many Japanese blu-rays to have released classic Jackie Chan movies, this is the first I've seen where the original Hong Kong version is visually superior to the Japanese version. Admittedly, the picture of the Hong Kong version looks a little "soft," possibly because of DNR (digital noise reduction). But that's just speculation on my part. Anyways, it's fantastic quality! It's genuine HD remastered and has very vibrant colors. It's the best this movie has ever looked.
5. The US version's picture is actually of less quality than the Japanese version because the colors are quite off. I suspect that it's the same as the US blu-ray's.
