Has it been confirmed the 2-disc special edition DVDs also contain the original, unaltered theatrical version and are not the same as the BDs?
It should be added to the BD footnotes that compared to earlier releases, the "Director's Definitive Edition" BDs are cropped on all sides.
The M-C link should be added too: https://www.movie-censorship.com/report.php?ID=718791
The BD Caps link is broken; it also needs adding to the DVD comparison: https://caps-a-holic.com/c_list.php?c=3937

Re: Heat (1995)
The DVDs have no mention of the changes on the packaging, unlike the Blu-rays so I assume they are unaltered but I can't confirm myself.
The Movie Censorship link was already there.

Movie-Censorship is mentioned but there's no actual link.
I'll ask around other forums about the special edition DVD transfer and report back if I hear it's also altered.
