The German BD label needs correcting to Koch Media in three places.
The BD's Beaver link needs adding to the DVD comparison.
Caps BD link: https://caps-a-holic.com/c.php?d1=11597&d2=11596&c=4579.
French DVD ASIN: B0009839O2.
English audio should say "2.0 mono".
The note needs correcting to "12-page booklet with essay by Nicolas Saada."
German DVD ASIN: B002R9ESWS.
A note should be added that bar the UK Arrow BDs, every BD and DVD is in the correct AR but has a vertically stretched transfer.
The problem is with the original master; Arrow applied a corrective stretch to their transfer and didn't crop it, hence the unusual 1.43:1 AR.

Re: The Dark Mirror (1946) BD UPDATED
Thanks, though FWIW you've now added the Caps link to the DVD Comparison as well, though there are no DVDs on it!
Odd how the transfers can be cocked up so badly and no one picked up on it for at least 13 years, until the Arrow releases. But It looks like Arrow over compensated (horizontally stretched) and it should actually be around 1.40:1.
I plan to rip, correct and reburn a handful of discs I have like this. If anyone has and tips on exactly how to do it, please PM me. I have AnyDVD...
