Are there only subtitles for the commentary? None for the other extras?

Yes, English subtitles are available for the film, Revisiting... and the Q&A but not the trailer. These are all controlled by the same menu item. There is a separate menu item to turn on the subtitles for the commentary (the commentary subtitles are a bit strange because they don't say which of the three commentators is speaking). English SDH, Hindi and Polish subtitles are only available for the film, not for the commentary or any of the extras.
