It should be noted that you should make three different threads for three different movies. Exceptions are if they are only or initially only available in a set together. We’ll let it slide this time.

Oops I guess didn't catch it. They were originally typed in Dolby Digital EX 5.1, then I saw how it was typed here and copied/pasted it to fix it.

Para la versión doblada al castellano, este DVD lleva una pista en Dolby Digital 5.1 EX (448 kbps) y también una en DTS EX a 768 kbps.
For the Spanish dubbed version, this DVD has a track in Dolby Digital 5.1 EX (448 kbps) and also one in DTS EX at 768 kbps.
Now when I look at the menu screenshot, it just says "DTS Surround Sound in Espanol" (The Dolbys at least 5.1)
I just typed what review said since I could not confirm if it is 6.1. If it is 6.1 I would definitely yes say it is ES instead of EX.

What kind of extra is this?

It is addition credits. What assume is; that the ending credits have most likely been translated into Spanish, but since these credits have nothing to really do with film it self. They just then included it as an extras. Rather than having to go through and translate all those peoples names. At least that's my guess? I know in the US disc they just play right after the film's ending credits.

Just Spanish subtitles and appear to be optional based on everything I can see and read on the review.
Each extras disc has "opciones de configuración/configuration options" at the bottom of the page.
and each review states:

Automatic: Yes
And mention of burn-in/non-removable subtitles anywhere.
