The Devil's Brigade (1968) - correction or possible addition.

I own a French Filmedia (Film Media) release, but a different cover to the one currently listed (as mentioned in the verdict section)).

The one currently listed is:

ASIN: B00CTF92BM
release date: 12 August 2013


The one I own has a separate entry on Amazon:

ASIN: B006P180O6
release date: 13 March 2012 (according to Blu-ray.com)

but apart from the different cover I think they are the same.


However, the audio tracks are NOT 5.1, they are:

English DTS-HD Master 2.0 mono
French DTS-HD Master 2.0 mono

The extra (5:09) is in French with no subtitles.

So you might also consider that this therefore makes the US release the winner for the inclusion of the commentary and trailer, as the French releases do not have a better audio option (unless you want the French soundtrack). The French releases do have the exclusive extra, but it is in French with no subtitles.
