The comparison wrongly says the German BD comes in a keep case, but all copies actually come in an 8-page Mediabook (the last page is stuck down).
It's number 28 in Koch's "Western Legenden" series and they're all packaged exactly the same way. I have this one and loads of others. The Amazon image is a preliminary mock-up that was never corrected.

Can you confirm region coding? It is listed now as all-region but the back cover says region B.

Definitely region 0; just tested it. on A, B and C settings.

FWIW, the image gallery is animated and 1080p, and there's a second set of German subtitles that just translate onscreen text.
