I think the listings might be missing "Alternate ending" (a.k.a) "Brock's Epiphany" runtime approx 9 minutes (***might include: optional audio commentary with James Cameron).
There are 29-total-deleted-scenes noted for the BluRays, but this "Alternate ending" does not appear to be included on any of the BluRay listings, unless of course it's called something else, or just was never included on BluRay at all (that's what I don't know for sure and I don't have my own copy to check - though I have done some online research and 1 or 2 online DVD/BluRay review websites suggest the standard 2D U.S.A BluRay at least might contain this scene).
Also I did notice the DVD listings for Titanic (those that include extras) also have 29-total-deleted-scenes AND ALSO INCLUDE this "Alternate ending" (separately listed, not part of the 29). So possibly for BluRay listings this alternate-ending might have got overlooked? Would be a bit odd if they didn't include this scene, but on the other hand odder things have happened with plenty of other title releases...
