Is it just audio on a black screen or does it play with still images? Is it German audio?

The (audio) remark was because there is no dialogue (because of this I dont know if they used the German or original audio track for the trailer). It's like a normal trailer, but with no dialogue. So no black screen or only still images.

The runtime is 106:04
