Some general improvements:

UK DVD runtime: 127:03.

The Korean SE book has 84 pages.

Disc 1 of the German e-m-s set has been issued separately (ASIN B0000X4KMG).

All the German and Scandinavian DVDs should be flagged as having NTSC-PAL transfers.

The Scandinavian DVD transfer quality notes apply to all releases, so should be replaced with a generic footnote along the lines of:
The edited International version has been regraded, and is slightly blurry and zoomed in compared to the original Korean cut.

The US DVD is now the only runtime missing, in case anyone has has it...

Is that confirmed? From which discs? I haven't watched the Japanese DVD I own to confirm the transfer quality of that disc.
Are the English subs on the UK disc optional?

Both the links I posted above bear it out, as well as checking my own UK and Korean DVDs which have both cuts. Your Japanese DVD has the edited International version, so should be the weaker transfer.

The UK DVD subs are optional.
