Who speaks on the extras commentaries? Are they mandatory commentary?

It's always director Rob Grant. In the deleted scenes he gives a short introduction. In the B-Roll he comments on the content. These comments aren't optional. The Making Of ("Dropping Anchor"), Deleted Scenes and B-Roll ("Diving Deeper") are the same as in the Arrow release (own both). All extras are in 1080p.
