Notes:The nordic and german is missing a long intro where you see lots of real pictures from a mine and then
a long sequence where you see the map of latin-america and highlightning all countries there (2:42)
Probably cut by the director to speed up the movie. That intro is pointless and there is no dialogue.

It says this on Wiki
Che was screened on 21 May at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival reportedly running over four hours.[35] Following this screening, Soderbergh cut 5–7 minutes from each half.
(the time is not correct but this means it cut by the director himself. Then it is not censored but only a shorter version)
So i guess this is "directors cut"

(Screenings
Che was screened on 21 May at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival reportedly running over four hours.[35] Following this screening, Soderbergh cut 5–7 minutes from each half.[36] It was shown at the 46th New York Film Festival[37] and was shown at the 33rd Toronto International Film Festival as Che with a 15-minute intermission and as two separate films, The Argentine and Guerrilla,[38] where it was considered the festival's "must-see" film.[39] Che made its sold-out L.A. premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre on 1 November 2008 as part of the AFI Fest.[17])

Same with part 1. The director have cut the long unnecessary intro. 3min is cut by the drectory.
it shows a map of cuba where different counties of cuba is highlighted

The US Criterion, which has the introductions, is the "Director Approved" edition and should be considered the director's cut as screened in general cinemas. I've labeled the ones without introductions as "cut"

but this cuts is not a censored. They are cut by the director himselves. More correct would be the directors festival cut as wiki says. Censored tells people that some have cut it which is not the full truth

The festival cut was even longer that what is on the Criterion. Some of those scenes can be found in the deleted scenes.
I can't find any information that Soderbergh approved a version without introductions so we'll label them as "cut" since the introductions are missing.
