The DVD's DISC FOUR Start-up trailers are the same for region 1 or region 2 settings? Any differences with region 4 settings?

For Disc Four R1 and R2 have the same startup trailers. R4 I can't say (my player is region free and sets the regions automatically. And my computer dvd players are R1 and R2 only).
