Can't say on my end. LPCM is license free audio and surround is really just 3.0 audio (center, two rear speakers). So, it's plausible in theory.

I was merely pondering whether the UK disc might actually have LPCM 2.0 stereo instead of “LPCM 2.0 surround”. As far as I know, only Dolby Digital has the option to explicitly flag the surround (back) channel but DTS and PCM have not... (although 2.0 stereo can be played back as surround with Dolby Pro Logic in these as well).
