It's Italian with English subs, not English with English HoH subs.
Or at least, spot-checking the disc it's in Italian, and spot-checking the subs they're not HoH. IMDB says it's in both languages, might just be different dubs with the Kino Blu using the Italian dub not the English dub. The disc metadata says the audio track is English, which is weird, but that's not always accurate (half the Imprint Blu-rays have the metadata for their main audio track set as Chamorro, for some reason).

Re: Luna [KLSC] [USA] UPDATED
It most certainly is in English. It’s an English-language film co-produced by Fox in New York and Rome. The leads are American and the Italian actors also speak English. There is only some incidental spoken Italian including the pre-credits sequence (that and the opera lyrics). It was shot in English with sync sound. I have Kino’s dvd and it is the same English track as on earlier releases.
If it only had the Italian dub, kino would’ve had to do a recall.
