Multiple sources state that the original standalone ITV BD (ASIN: B000X0OQOS) has 2.0 stereo audio, and that the rear sleeve is incorrect. It's also the first disc of the Zavvi 2-BD set (ASIN: B07G1VPKPX).

Zavvi's BD set listing omits the extended version on disc 2 with 2.0 surround stereo LPCM audio.

The extended version on the ITV and Oz Imprint BDs is 1080i upscaled SD - it's DVD quality.

French DVD ASIN: B00005Q3QL; reissue: B0017LI85K.

Italian DVD ASIN: B000SL1YFQ.

The Oz DVD is from Magna Pacific.

It's also been issued on BD and DVD by Elephant Films in France

It's also worth adding that none of them have the primary original 6-track stereo mix, although the UK SE DVD has the 4-track mix in a 5.1 surround container, while the 2.0 stereo surround releases have it folded down for matrixing via Dolby Pro Logic or DTS Neo:6.
