Austria, Kino Lorber , and 3-disc Dutch CE, for the nice set of extra-features, best Anamorphic transfer (with English subtitles), and uncut-status.
Note, that the R0 UK release (by "Dark Side Magazine") has some good extras, but the film itself is cut by the BBFC. Also, the R1 Redemption / Kino Lorber release includes an exclusive featurette.
