Release title: "Man From Deep River".
The interview is in Italian with burnt-in English subtitles.

(i.e. NOT "The Man...", and add "burnt-in")
(You could also add that the image is slightly windowboxed, with small balck borders at the sides (hence the 2.30:1 aspect ratio instead of 2.35:1))

4. Easter egg:

Go to Extras, select Photo Gallery, then while it is playing, press "Skip Forward" button twice, to play: "Umberto Lenzi Personal Production Photo's As Captured From The Interviewers Camera -" (sic) (1:37) - consisting of an introduction by Umberto Lenzi in English followed by 12 monochrome stills set to music.

(Note the image gallery is at Title 7 on the disc, while the easter egg is at Title 8, which I assume is why the above method works. There might be another way of selecting the easter egg, but I haven't yet found one.)
