The US/Canadian releases have deleted scenes and the original credits/captions (please see the notes), though it only has lossy audio and uses the lesser MPEG-2 codec
The UK/Australian releases have lossless audio and AVC codec, but fewer extras.

• Blu-ray ALL Australia- Icon Home Entertainment - No cuts (138:31), but the original opening credits are missing (the montage of images run as normal, but the title and cast and crew credits are not included). Original location, date and time captions are also missing (like the one when the film begins: "These are the true events of November, 1965...").
