Do note R2 France has forced English subtitles and that R1 SE and R2 SE UK have a digital copy of the film on a second disc.

The R2 Scandinavian edition has the director's cut and a DTS audio track but no movie-related extras.

  – Inside the New York apartment, a TV report of destruction in Kuberstanthe, has been removed.
