Between the identical UK and France 40th Anniversary Editions, the US Collector's Edition, or the identical Japanese, French, German, Scandinavian Studio Canal, and UK StudioCanal Collection editions, for the differing extras.
Note the 4-disc UK and France 40th Anniversary Editions also come with the soundtrack and other collectibles. The 40th AE also have the original Stereo track in lossless audio.
Do note, however, that the English 5.1 track is reportedly incorrectly pitched on the non-US/non-UK 40th AE releases (the 2.0 tracks are unaffected).
