The French disc has the best extras, including several exclusive ones such as "Terry Gilliam's Little Trouble"' featurette and interactive bonus view features. It is only missing "The Artwork of Dr Parnassus" featurette found on the US/Spanish/Canadian discs.
The "UK Premiere" featurette found on the Australian and UK releases is reported to be the merge of the "Cast and Crew Presentation on Stage" and "Dr Parnassus Around the World" featurettes found on the US/Canadian/Benelux editions, but the running times don't match exactly.
