For the individual film, the US Disney release has the exclusive "Introduction by John Lasseter" and "Scoring Miyazaki" featurettes but note the English subtitles are dubtitles and it does not include the textless opening and ending extra.
The US GKids/Shout! Factory, Australian, and UK releases have identical extras, with the textless opening and ending, but does not include the two featurettes found on the US Disney release.
The Scandinavian edition has an exclusive "The History of the Castle" featurette.
The Japanese release has the "Voice Recording Script" (in Japanese only).
For collections, the Australian "Hayao Miyazaki Collection" boxset has the best extras, including both those found on the Australian/UK individual discs and additional extras (not related to the movie itself) on the bonus disc.
