OVERALL: Draw
The German and US releases both have differing extras but note the US release also includes a 6.1 audio track while the German release includes the Theatrical and Extended Cuts.
Do note the Soul Media release loses all the extras and features a 1080i/50Hz transfer, hence the shorter runtime.
*ADDITIONAL NOTE*
The German, UK and Scandinavian releases all start with an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 but after the opening title sequence, around 4:00 into the film, the AR changes to 1.85:1 and remains so to the end.
