The German L.E release for the extras and for having the original aspect ratio.
The French disc also has the correct ratio but no extras and on some players the French subtitles can't be removed. The US and Italian discs are best avoided as they are in a cropped aspect ratio.
Versions:
The film exists in two versions:
1.) The European edit which contains an ambiguous ending.
2.) An edit of the film prepared for American cinemas.
