US, UK, and Germany have substantial unique extras; the US disc has an extra Movie (on the DVD) plus a still gallery and an essay on the disc, the UK release has a nice liner notes booklet in the case and an isolated music and effects track, and the German steelbook has the remake.
The UK transfer is also on a BD50 with a higher bitrate and superior encode.
