MPI has forty episodes while Metrodome has twenty. Metrodome includes on a bonus disc with four featurettes available on separate compilation discs from MPI in the United States.

GENERAL NOTES:
The DVD editions of the series feature the original broadcast versions of the episodes whereas MPI's VHS volumes featured 105 minute condensations of multiple episodes with one set of opening and closing credits as well as some scenes removed to streamline the stories.

Both of MPI's VHS and DVD releases of the full series commenced with the Barnabas Collins storyline (episode 210 onwards), with the earlier episodes released later on in volumes with the subtitle "The Beginning".
