OVERALL: Draw

The US release has the most extras including two commentaries, with a stereo soundtrack.
For audio, the Scandinavian release has a 5.1 track, but it uses an NTSC->PAL transfer.
The UK and German releases have a music video extras, though note both use an NTSC->PAL transfer, and the original German release mistakenly included the cut version of the film.

Note, the "Behind the Scenes" footage appears to vary wildly in run time between each release.
