– The R2 Norwegian edition has the longer Norwegian version of the movie with the most extras (mostly on the Blu-rays), but note it isn’t completely English-friendly.
– The R1 American edition has the shorter English version of the movie and other featurettes, fully English-friendly.
– The R2 UK edition has a longer English version of the film than the US release, but little in the way of extras.

This title has also been released at least in R2 Germany by Euro Video and R2 Holland by Filmfreak Distributie.
