The US release has an exclusive audio commentary, all of the deleted scenes, and most of the video extras included on other releases.

Note the German release has the most video extras not included on the US release: "What We Do in Transylvania", "What We Do in Berlin", and the "Vlad & Viago Go Shopping in Berlin" Easter Egg. All 3 feature Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement in character during the film's promotional tour. Note the film is not fully English-friendly.

The French disc has an exclusive "French Dubbing" featurette, but the film itself has forced subtitles on the English soundtrack.

Note some identical extras are grouped under "deleted scenes" or non-deleted scene "video extras" on differing releases.
