OVERALL: Draw
The Japanese 2 disc edition has the longer Asian version with removable subtitles, though note the transfer is non-anamorphic and with 2.0 audio.
The Taiwan double-sided release has the longer Asian version with 5.1 audio, but is non-anamorphic and with non-removable subtitles.
Note both of the above releases also include the shorter US/international version with 2.0 audio, with the Japanese version having an anamorphic transfer with removable subtitles while the Taiwanese release having a non-anamorphic transfer with non-removable subtitles.
The US, French, German, and Polish releases have the shorter US/international version with 5.1 audio.
The Taiwan reissue has the shorter US/international version with a DTS track but the transfer is non-anamorphic and the subtitles are non-removable.
