OVERALL: Draw
Both discs are identical apart from the opening disc logos.
GENERAL NOTES:
The original running time is ~82 minutes at 24fps, as seen on the VHS and laserdisc releases.
The negative was junked and the print source used for remastering circa 2000 had been trimmed in thirty-two small bits for reasons unknown. The director created a composite with footage from the VHS which is now known as the "New Zealand VHS cut". The HD master is the cut version with two shots from VHS inserted and one brief insert from workprint while the rest of the missing bits are included in the VHS cut and in the deleted scenes section in context. -
CUTS:
- Blu-ray ALL America- Severin Films - No cuts - Includes the 2019 restored version (78:53) and the original New Zealand VHS cut (83:04).
- Blu-ray ALL Australia- Umbrella Entertainment - No cuts - Includes the 2019 restored version (78:53) and the original New Zealand VHS cut (79:44).
