Currently the only release we have confirmed specs for. Note that it runs at the speed of 25fps. (It is unclear if this is correct, but the included trailer runs at 24fps.)
There is a BD-R (manufactured-on-demand) release in the US from FilmRise, but it only includes lossy Dolby Digital audio and a trailer as an extra. -
