The US/Canadian releases have all three cuts in 4K with two exclusive commentaries, but note they lack the vintage Rick Schmidlin commentary on the reconstructed version.
The UK release has all three cuts in 4K with some exclusive interviews.
The French release has an exclusive documentary, though it only has the theatrical version in 4K while the other two versions are in HD.

Note there are three versions of the film:
1) "Restored Version" (110 mins) - re-edited in 1998 - restored to Orson Welles' vision based on his detailed 58-page memo to the studio.
2) "Theatrical Version" (95 mins) - original U.S. theatrical version from 1958.
3) "Preview Version" (109 mins) created prior to the theatrical version, this cut of the film incorporates some of Orson Welles' requests and was discovered by Universal in 1976.

• Blu-ray ALL Canada- Kino Lorber - No cuts - features the 1998 reconstruction (110:40), the theatrical version (95:23), and the preview version (108:59).
• Blu-ray ALL France- BQHL Éditions - No cuts - features the 1998 reconstruction (110:38), the theatrical version (95:25), and the preview version (108:58)
• Blu-ray ALL United Kingdom- Eureka - No cuts - features the 1998 reconstruction (110:42), the theatrical version (95:24), and the preview version (109:01).
