The Power of the Doctor disc is identical, but the steelbook has the other specials.
If you don't have any, then the specials steelbook is the way to go, but if you bought Eve of the Daleks / Legend of the Sea Devils earlier then the stand lone Power of the Doctor is obviously preferable. -
