GENERAL NOTES:
The film exists in three versions:
- the original 1982 Taiwanese cut "Underground Wife" (~90 minutes) which featured some brief nudity and a five minute exposition sequence providing background on the two leads;
- the English export version "Kill Butterfly Kill" (~87 minutes) which re-ordered some scenes and featured some brief instances of extra gore;
- the 1988 redubbed, rescored composite American Commando 6: Kill Butterfly Kill that substituted roughly thirty-five minutes of new material featuring American martial artists leads, a new chief villain, and turned most of the original cast into supporting characters.
