When machines learn to feel, who decides what is human...Director: Mamoru Oshii

The R4 release has the most extras, but its DTS track is in English, not Japanese. If you want a DTS track in Japanese, then the R2 UK has a nice batch of extras with a Japanese DTS track, while the R3 HK SE has a DTS-ES track and some different extras.
Note the R2 Japanese LEs and R3 Korean releases have DTS-ES but no English subtitles. The 5-disc LE has a lot of extras and collector’s items, but has no English subtitles anywhere.
The choice is yours. -
