The French release is uncut and has an interview, though the subtitles are forced.
The German release also includes the interview, but is heavily cropped (see Beaver link) and also cut by 4 minutes.
The US release is uncut, though it has no extras.
Note that this film and other early Alfred Hitchcock titles have been released in many bootleg editions, and these unlicensed, supposedly "public domain" releases should all be avoided.
