• R1 America- Universal Pictures - No cuts
• R2 France- MGM Home Entertainment - No cuts (96:51 PAL)
• R2 Germany- MGM Home Entertainment - No cuts (96:51 PAL)
• R2 Holland- MGM Home Entertainment - No cuts (96:51 PAL)
• R2 Italy- MGM Home Entertainment - No cuts (96:51 PAL)
• R2 Scandinavia- Jupiter (Scanbox) - Yes (96:14 PAL), this is the same cut VHS version that was released in Scandinavia in the 1980's (by Thorn Emi). All that is cut from the UK release is intact here, but at least the following is missing:
  - Conan hits a guy (who is riding with a horse) and some blood flows.
  - Flying head of a cannibal is cut.

• R2 Spain- MGM Home Entertainment - No cuts (96:51 PAL)
• R2 United Kingdom- Castle - Yes - 0m 28s - These cuts were initially applied to the cinema release and involve animals (horse falls/trips etc, and Arnie punching a camel!) (96:33 PAL).
• R2 United Kingdom- Prism Direct/Leisure - Yes - 47 seconds of cuts (Previous cuts + one additional cut of a horse being punched) (100:23 NTSC->PAL).
• R2 Collector's Edition United Kingdom- Sanctuary Visual Entertainment - Yes - 47 seconds of cuts (Previous cuts + one additional cut of a horse being punched) (100:38 PAL).
• R4 Australia- MGM Home Entertainment - No cuts (96:51 PAL)
