Is this recent? I had no idea it was out, but JB HiFi had it for $13. So I can finally ditch the old Magna DVD, and see the uncut version for the first time

The Blu-ray has been out in various countries for about 5 years now. Not recent at all.

Yeah but sometimes it takes years for something to come out in Australia/NZ that's been out everywhere else. Even the classics, there's only just been a local issue of Re-Animator for example. Plus a lot of stuff just isn't available in NZ due to distributors not bothering to release it, because they have to get a new rating certificate for the BD version and don't want to shell out the $1000 fee on a title that they don't expect to shift plenty of units. So I end up ordering a lot of stuff from the UK and Australia..

The sleeve for the Blu-ray says 2010. The previous DVD from Fox is also uncensored. I have never seen the Magna Pacific DVD.

Enjoy the uncensored Blu-ray. Image quality is quite good, too.

The Magna one is a bit crap, it has the whole 2 hour movie on a single layer disc. Also only 2.0 audio if I remember correctly.. definitely looking forward to seeing this in HD
