Dosc shares the same ID as UK, so hidden Japanese audio. The subtitles Davy has marked as Chinese are the Japanese ones I would guess. No Chinese subs included.

Although a bit of research it seems there are Chinese subtitles on the disc as well. The Spanish disc has it and also lists it on the back. Since this is different from the Hong Kong/Taiwan disc we can safely say they are Mainland China Simplified subtitles. Will update.

I'd like an R-rated cut of the film but the UK, German, etc. special editions are long gone and €15.30 is still a bargain compared to used prices. I don't suppose there's a standalone Italian disk still for sale anywhere? The obvious choice of

appears to have different extras, so I can't be sure of the film cut.
