CUTS:

Blu-ray ALL America- Magnolia Pictures - Includes both the Theatrical Cut (76:57) and Alternate Cut (76:33). Theatrical Cut is missing the post-credits bathroom scene, Alternate Cut is uncut.
Blu-ray ALL United Kingdom- Revolver Entertainment - Includes both the Theatrical Cut (77:52) and Alternate Cut (72:07). Theatrical Cut is uncut, Alternate Cut is missing half of the end credits and runs at PAL speed

The post-credits bathroom scene was part of the Theatrical Cut.
The US Blu-Ray does not include this scene in either cut. The UK Blu-Ray contains the uncut Theatrical Cut.

The post-credits bathroom scene does not seem to be part of the Alternate Cut. Neither disc contains the post-credits bathroom scene in the Alternative Cut.
The Alternate Cut on the UK Blu-Ray does not include the full end credits, while the Alternate Cut on the US Blu-Ray contains the full end credits. In every other respect they are identical, although the UK Blu-Ray uses PAL speed-up.

I purchased what was supposed to be a brand-new copy of the Mongrel release. It was sealed. The outside packaging is for Mongrel Media, but the disc inside was the US Magnolia Pictures disc. I have been unable to determine if this was a fluke, or standard for all copies of the "Mongrel" release. The Mongrel packaging lists the same special features as the Magnolia disc, but claims there is both 5.1 & 2.0 audio whereas the Magnolia disc only has 5.1 audio. This may simply be a packaging error.
