No subtitles whatsoever. All are in English language. The only exception is the trailer for Sputnik: it is spoken in Russian, with burnt-in subtitles.

No. It resembles an advertisement, and the title card in the beginning merely reads, “THE RENTAL / DIRECTED by DAVE FRANCO.”
