Is this supposed to be Polish voicer over narration on the English audio? You can just label that as "Polish"

You should label it "Polish Dolby Digital 5.1" if it is a voiceover track or for a dub track. If you write "Polish English Dolby Digital 5.1" it looks like it is a mix of Polish and English for different scenes. In that case it should be "Polish/English Dolby Digital 5.1"
