In the Notes it currently states:

This sounds wrong - I don't own this release myself, but from what Åsmund wrote, I am guessing it should be either:

The featurettes are in Mandarin with burned-in English subtitles.

or:

The featurettes are in Chinese with burned-in English subtitles.
