Commentary tracks and extras may as well have the audio format mentioned I figure. 95% of them are low-bitrate Dolby Digital but occasionally it'll be DTS, DTS-HD or PCM. All of which are infinitely preferable, sometimes people in these things can get a bit mumbly and lossy audio doesn't exactly help.
