Ville Haapasalo
Anni-Kristiina Juuso
"TotalDVD" journal ad video (0:15)
"Watch on DVD" (Another Amalgama DVD trailers):
"Brother" (3:13)
"Brother 2" (4:00)
"The Tale of Fedot the Strelets" (0:28)
"War" (1:16
Subtitles: Full Russian, Russian on Finnish/Saami portions only, English
Aspect Ratio:1.85:1
Picture Format:Anamorphic
TV System: PAL
Soundtrack(s):Russian Dolby Digital 5.1 384 Kbps, Russian DTS 5.1 Full Bitrate 1.5 Mbps, Finnish/Russian/Saami Dolby Digital 5.1 384 Kbps
Case: Jewel Case

Notes: Soundtracks noted as just "Russian" features quite unusual translating technique (for finnish and saami speech) which can't be called neither dubbing or voice over. It's close to single-voice translation voice over, but voicing actor speech heared with some delay, allowing for viewer to hear original speech. This technique appeared in times of the soviet union and still used now for for mainly russian-speaking movies which have little potions of foreign speech.

Is this in Russian without subtitles?
Sergey_Druzhinin wrote:"Watch on DVD" (Another Amalgama DVD trailers):

"The Tale of Fedot the Strelets"
"War"
Runtimes?

Are the subtitles optional?
The "Finnish/Russian/Saami" subtitles - do all three languages appear at the same time?
Sergey_Druzhinin wrote:Notes: 1) I don't know how properly call a dvd case
Here in Russia it's called "Glass case" or simply "Glass"
It's called a "Jewel Case"

It is
James-Masaki_Ryan wrote:Runtimes?
3:13
4:00
0:28
and 1:16 respectively
James-Masaki_Ryan wrote:Are the subtitles optional?
Yeap, all subtitles for the main feature are optional
James-Masaki_Ryan wrote:The "Finnish/Russian/Saami" subtitles - do all three languages appear at the same time?
It's a mistake, really. This is russian subtitles, but only for Finnish and Saami speach. They are intended for use with "international" Finnish/Russian/Saami soundtrack, which is going without translation.

P.S. Main Feature runtime is 1 hour 39 minutes and 19 seconds

Please update your specs in the first post.

So there are only two subtitle tracks, Russian (for Finnish and Saami portions) and English?

No, there are three subtitle sets. Full russian subtitles on all speech, Russian subtitles for Finnish and Saami Speech, and full English subtitles on all speech.

P.S. There are really two Russian editons. "Regular" as described above, and "Collector's Edition" which have very same DVD as "Regular" + Oficial soundtrack on a separate Red Book format Audio CD.

Is the collector's edition also in a jewel case?
Also could you please update your first post with the updated specs and runtimes? Thanks.
