OVERALL: Draw
The Arrow, French, and German Blu-rays have exclusive extras (do note the issues with the German restoration on both the German and French discs).
Three versions exist:
- The old master version without exit music (102:28).
- The botched German restoration which failed to remove extra frames at every splice point on the original negative, requiring cuts on the soundtrack at every shot change to remain in sync (108:13)
- The Arrow restoration runs with extended exit music. The image fades out at 102:28 in line with the older master (105:06) -
CUTS:
- Blu-ray A America- Arrow Films - No cuts - Arrow Restoration (105:06) fading out at 102:28 with extended ending music on black.
- Blu-ray A Japan- Happinet - No cuts - German restored version (108:13)
- Blu-ray B Limited Edition France- Le Chat Qui Fume - No cuts - German restoration (108:06)
- Blu-ray B Germany- 84 Entertainment - No cuts - German restored version (108:13)
- Blu-ray B United Kingdom- Arrow Films - No cuts - Arrow Restoration (105:06) fading out at 102:28 with extended ending music on black.
